To further strengthen our Team & processes, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate person to fulfill the newly created position of Transformation Manager Order-2-Cash Europe (m/f/d).

  • Establishment of lean & sustainable End-2-End Order-2-Cash Processes across Europe
  • Manage compliance with Eurofins internal requirements and ensure process standardization & harmonization within Genomics Europe
  • Manage pan-European Invoicing Processing Team of highly motivated professionals
  • Create Center of expertise for End-2-End Order-2-Cash Processes & related topics
  • Design, implement and execute regular KPI monitoring, analyses and forecasts around Order-2-Cash as well as reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and implement process of Outstanding Receivables monitoring
  • Bringing new ideas for improvement of processes linked to Order-2-Cash
  • Working cross-functionally with Business Controlling, IT, Business & Product development, Sales Directors & Account managers, Shared Services & National Services Centers, BI Team

  • You successfully completed Master ‘s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Controlling or Economics
  • You have 5+ years of experience in area of Finance, Controlling, Project Management, end-to-end business processes
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, knowledge of Power BI and CRM will be considered an advantage
  • You are results oriented: Think strategically, yet understand details
  • You are self-motivated: Ability to work autonomously and deliver results against targets
  • Strong decision-making acumen and ability to reach consensus/compromises on process designs among different stakeholders
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate about digitalization, automation & processes simplification
  • High integrity: Must work independently and without daily supervision
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, any other language will be considered a plus
