Your career opportunities at the TÜV SÜD GroupAs the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance our company's reputation and drive brand awareness, maintaining a strong global brand presence. You will lead a team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand experience across all channels, customer touchpoints, and markets. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of branding principles.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's objectives and target audience. Conduct brand audits and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.Brand Positioning: Define the brand's unique value proposition and communicate it across key industry/market segments. Develop and deliver compelling brand messaging that communicates the company's values, mission, and key differentiators globally.Brand Identity and Guardianship: Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity elements, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual assets. Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all touchpoints.Legal and M&A: Ensure that TÜV SÜD's brand elements adhere to legal requirements and oversee the integration of acquired brands into the TÜV SÜD portfolio.Campaign Development: Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand campaigns across various channels, ensuring efficient localization processes.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing brand team, providing guidance and support to achieve key strategic objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and integration across all business areas.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).At least 5 years of experience in a senior brand role, preferably in a similar industry.At least 7 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.Proficiency in brand management tools and software.Knowledge of current trends and best practices in branding and marketing.Proven ability to work in an international business environment.Additional InformationThis position is also available to be filled in Singapore.Employment typeFull time / permanent (hybrid)Job locationGermanyJob categoryCorporate Functions & Business SupportRequired experienceManagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
