Overview:

The company is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to spearhead the development and execution of their marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role presents a unique opportunity to establish a robust marketing function from the ground up, driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility. The successful candidate will position the company as a leader in enterprise automation while expanding its reach into broader manufacturing and robotics applications.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales-Driven Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Manage a comprehensive marketing budget, optimizing resources across diverse regions and campaigns.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to target enterprise clients and achieve scalable deployments.
  • Enhance the company’s presence in tenders, industry events, exhibitions, and roundtables.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align efforts and achieve growth objectives.


2. Brand Development

  • Craft a powerful brand narrative of the company’s innovative use of AI and robotics to solve productivity challenges.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets and external agencies to maximize brand exposure.
  • Expand the company’s brand identity beyond intralogistics into manufacturing and robotics sectors.
  • Foster an innovative, forward-thinking brand image that resonates across industries.


3. Channel Management

  • Oversee all marketing channels, including PR, events, digital marketing, advertising, and partnerships.
  • Lead e-marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn campaigns and content marketing tailored to verticals like warehousing and manufacturing.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and maximize ROI.


4. Market Expansion

  • Support the company’s expansion into new markets, including the U.S., while strengthening its European presence.
  • Build the company’s network and influence across the robotics and manufacturing ecosystems.


5. Investor Relations

  • Strengthen the company’s positioning in the investor community by crafting a compelling brand narrative to support future funding rounds.


Your Profile:



Experience

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing for large enterprises, ideally within robotics, automation, or similar industries.
  • Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with a track record of driving lead generation and scalable marketing strategies.
  • A background in both start-up and large organizational settings, with the agility to thrive in a high-growth environment.
Skills

  • Proficiency in PR, content marketing, event management, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to tailor marketing strategies to specific verticals (e.g., warehousing vs. manufacturing).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Personality
