Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.Are you ready to join us?Your JobLead, mentor, and motivate a team of data analysts specializing in healthcare sector rankings, including hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare providers Coach and develop team members to maintain high standards in healthcare data management, from accurate collection and validation to advanced evaluation techniques, with a strong emphasis on methodological rigor and project management Drive innovation in healthcare rankingsIdentify emerging trends and critical topics within the healthcare industry that can shape future projectsDevelop robust methodologies and concept documents tailored to the unique demands of healthcare dataConfidently present methodologies and insights in meetings and negotiations with healthcare industry stakeholders and media partners Oversee and manage global healthcare rankings:Engage proactively with media partners and external healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, and industry expertsLead project teams to ensure the delivery of accurate and insightful healthcare data analysisPresent findings and methodologies in a clear, compelling manner to media partners and clients in the healthcare sector Strategize and execute plans to meet departmental goals, with a focus on optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely completion of healthcare data projectsExemplify leadership by embodying Statista's values and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all interactions and initiatives Your SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in healthcare data analysis, with a proven track record in managing complex healthcare projects Demonstrated success in leading and managing projects, including experience with healthcare data, hospital rankings, or clinical outcomes.
