To strengthen our teams in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, or remotely, we’re looking for you as a Lead Management Consultant (m/f/d) in Cybersecurity Management with a focus on client communication.How You’ll Provide Positive ImpactIn interdisciplinary Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity projects, you’ll take on responsibility and maintain a broad perspectiveYou’ll manage communication with stakeholders and C-level executives from our clients, preparing content professionally and tailored to target audiencesSupporting our presales activities, you understand our clients’ structures (e.g., business processes, marketing, procurement, sales) and align your actions, such as presentations and pitch acquisition, accordinglyActing as a bridge between our technically-oriented consultants (Delivery) and client management, you’ll drive project objectivesYou’ll engage in organizational and process consulting across the entire IAM lifecycle, building and expanding projects, developing team structures with our clients, and integrating our service portfolio and consultantsTo ensure effective process consulting and successful project delivery, you understand both IAM processes and our clients’ business processesWithin our core Business Consulting team, you’ll hold a key role and serve as a role model for the next generation of consultantsYour Skills and RequirementsA degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldExtensive proven experience in preparing decision-making templates and presentations at the management level, both in consulting and internally.Strong understanding of business models and the orchestration and operations of an IT consulting organizationAnalytical skills for complex contexts and excellent presentation and communication abilitiesStrong leadership and strategic planning skills, both in self-management and delegation as well as client leadershipProficiency in both German and English, along with a willingness to travelIdeally, experience in cybersecurity fields such as Identity and Access Management, Customer IAM, Privileged Access Management, or a similar security-focused IT domain
