Come Innovate Motion with UsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee Human Resources functions at our Dresden and Zwickau locations. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager Germany, this role is pivotal in driving HR on site in line with the strategy and in collaboration with our stakeholders and Group Functions. Besides ensuring smooth HR Operation, legal and regulatory compliance, the HR Manager will be fostering an open workplace culture and supporting in attracting and retaining our talents as a key to success. As an integral member of the local Management Team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. The primary location for this role is Dresden, with regular travel (up to 25%) required to the Zwickau site.Your responsibilities will be to:Take care of full HR life cycle for the R&D and Engineering Center Dresden as well as our recently integrated Engineering site Zwickau, including payroll in collaboration with the external service providerCollaborate with management to attract and retain top talent and to align HR strategies with business objectives and local needsManage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, open-minded workplace cultureWork closely with the Sr. Manager HR Germany and the HR Germany Team exchanging best practice and working on HR ProjectsInteract with the HR Group functions i.e. Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition for projects and regular HR activitiesFacilitate effective internal communication and engagement initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged and take care of Employer Branding initiativesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies, consult managers on HR legal aspects and manage disciplinary actionsOversee local GDPR, EHS & ESG topics in collaboration with EMEA Team and stakeholders on site and external ensuring compliant, equal and safe working environmentTake care of company cars related issues and compliance with policiesSupervise and mentor the HR Administrator, providing guidance and supportOur requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldProven experience in HR Management, preferably in an engineering environmentStrong applied knowledge of labor lawKnowledge of GDPR and EHS regulations and best practices is an advantageExperience working in an international environment with a matrix structureHands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills across various levels and the ability to build effective interpersonal relationshipsProficiency in HR software (i.e. Workday) and Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in German and EnglishWhat we offer:A role with broad scope where you contribute to many areas of businessRemuneration package of base salary plus company bonus, 30 days of vacation and additional tax-free benefits of your choiceRegular best practice exchange, mutual support & fun in our highly engaged and supportive HR Germany Team consisting of 6 sites overallA mix of local and global spirit in a multicultural work contextSocial events like our Summer and Christmas PartyCome join our global, inclusive & diverse teamOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
