We partner with many of the world's largest life science & technology companies who entrust in us to deliver their most strategic and important projects with our technically strong personnel ensuring all important activities meet both current requirements and client's needs. We have multiple projects that we support, and we are looking to add to our team, we are interested in talking to you if you fit the criteria outlined below: Title: Construction Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex data center projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, MEP infrastructure, and construction management. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful delivery of data center projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Major Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of HV and LV power distribution systems, including cable installations and MEP fit-outs. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, addressing scope, schedule, risk, resources, and change control. Lead the planning and execution of site activities, ensuring alignment with project goals. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, general contractors, design teams, and other stakeholders. Organize and lead regular meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain clear communication. Quality and Compliance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure all work complies with industry standards and project specifications. Review and approve technical submittals, benchmarks, and construction documentation. Conduct site inspections, quality reviews, and walk-downs to ensure high standards are upheld. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, review tender submissions, approve costs, and handle change orders to ensure financial objectives are met. Track expenses and contracts to safeguard company interests while fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve potential project risks, delays, or challenges, implementing effective strategies to minimize impact. Proactively address RFIs and submittals to maintain project momentum. Health & Safety: Implement and enforce Site Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans, ensuring a culture of safety across all project phases. Conduct site audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain a detailed construction documentation register for project tracking and compliance. Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of handover documentation and certifications. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on data centers, biopharma, or high-tech infrastructure. Strong expertise in HV/LV power systems and MEP infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6). Familiarity with BIM coordination and software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit. In-depth knowledge of quality standards, compliance regulations, and EHS protocols. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities. Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. NEBOSH or IOSH certification in health and safety. Why Join Us?
