With a fast-growing global footprint, we are looking for a talented and strategic Director of Global Growth Marketing to scale our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition across diverse markets and segments.The Director of Growth Marketing will lead and execute our growth marketing strategies, focusing on pipeline generation, acceleration, and brand positioning at a global scale. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing leader with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, leading teams across multiple regions, and identifying new opportunities to expand our global customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Marketing Strategy Execution: Under the VP, Global Marketing, lead the execution of a global marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and market penetration across regions. Ensure alignment of global marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.Management of Regional Marketing Teams and Initiatives: Executing the global marketing strategy in regions to ensure growth in core markets, and expansion in new markets. Remaining highly focused on the business goals and ensuring teams stay aligned with the right activities that drive overall pipeline growth.Demand Generation: Manage marketing, sales, and regional BDR teams to build integrated campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Leverage multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR.Marketing Ops / Funnel Optimization: Own the entire marketing funnel from top to bottom, ensuring optimized conversion rates at each stage—acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—through A/B testing, data analysis, and continual improvement of marketing tactics. Guide the team, using data to increase performance and optimize activities.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to measure, optimize, and report on the performance of growth marketing initiatives. Identify KPIs and metrics that align with business goals and adjust strategies accordingly. Interpret and share data to the executive team that allows us to make the right investment decisions.Brand Development & Positioning: Build and scale a strong, consistent global brand presence, ensuring the company’s value proposition resonates across diverse geographies and customer segments. Define the company's unique positioning in the market and ensure that messaging remains consistent across all channels.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between growth marketing initiatives and broader business objectives. Act as a key stakeholder in product launches, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle management.Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, social media, events, and traditional media. Ensure campaigns are aligned with local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of marketing and business development professionals across various disciplines, including demand generation, product marketing, communications, and regional marketing. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.Budget & Resource Management: With the VP, develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across regions and campaigns to maximize ROI.Performance Measurement: Set KPIs and measure the success of global marketing efforts using data-driven insights. Report on campaign performance, market share growth, and brand health, and continuously optimize strategies based on findings.QualificationsExperience:Minimum 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition, revenue, and retention at scale.Proven ability to drive operational excellence across marketing activities to allow us to be as efficient as possible.Experience managing global teams and executing global campaigns across multiple regions and channels.Skills:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, email, content marketing) and tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.Global Perspective: Deep understanding of global markets, customer acquisition trends, and the ability to navigate different cultural and regulatory contexts in various regions.About Duetto:Duetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact.
