This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. Until then, Solventum will continue to operate as a unified entity, and employment is subject to all applicable terms and conditions as set forth in our employment agreement and company policies.The Impact You-ll Make in this RoleAs a Plant Finance Manager (Finance Manager Produktionsstandort), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by: Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to the Seefeld Plant team and direct support to the Plant DirectorBeing a strong business partner supporting the plant financial scorecard, continuous improvement initiatives, inventory/production analysis, and other short- to long term plant financial decisionsLeading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support plant rhythms, month end close and costing activities, QORs/MREs, OP and Strat PlansCollaborating with the business segments and Global Supply Chain organizations to support investment financial return analysis at the siteAnalyze plant spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate and execute productivity improvement opportunitiesRegularly measuring and assessing plant performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to predict results and drive corrective actions to meet targetsDeveloping understanding of impacts to the plant financials driven by sales volume, mix, demand planning and supply planning dynamics to drive productivity at the siteMonitoring external economic factors to support the plant management decision processDeveloping and driving end-to-end processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support the siteEnsuring compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirementsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor-s Degree or higher in Finance or Business AdministrationExtensive experience working in finance organizationsFinance experience within a manufacturing environmentFluent German and English skillsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:CPA, CMA or equivalent international certificationSAP knowledge in Manufacturing environmentLeadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptionsAbility to lead and influence othersPragmatic, results-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and qualityRecord of career progression with increasing levels of responsibilityWork location: Onsite in Seefeld (München), 1 Home Office day per weekMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
