A dynamic and forward-thinking company based in Munich is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale a world-class performance marketing team.
• Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across diverse digital platforms to achieve measurable growth.
• Own the performance marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive strategies and actionable insights.
• Analyse data to identify trends, make strategic decisions, and forecast future growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, leveraging the latest tools and innovations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
• Strong experience in the renewable energy sector marketing hardware & software products.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a knack for turning insights into action.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong experience working in start-up environments.
• A hands-on approach and passion for continuous improvement.
