Your Mission. Your goal will be to drive brand growth and customer engagement while aligning all marketing efforts with the company’s mission of sustainability and social impact. Here is what you´ll enjoy doing: + Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, product demand, and sales growth. Define and manage the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Create and execute marketing campaigns that emphasize both the product quality and the social impact of the brand. Lead content creation for digital, print, and social media, focusing on storytelling that resonates with both ethical consumers and premium product markets. Manage and mentor a cross-functional and cross-markets marketing team, that shows high levels of engagement and productivity, which is then reflected in employee satisfaction scores, and development of talent. Ensure effective collaboration with sales, product development, finance, and customer service departments to innovate and refine product offerings based on market feedback. Provide leadership in external communications, including press releases, media appearances, and public relations efforts. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to refine and optimize future efforts. Your Profile. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG or beverage industries. Proven track record in developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce. Experience with sales strategies and distribution in both domestic and international markets. Passion for sustainability, ethical sourcing, and socially responsible business practices. Exceptional communication, people leadership, and project management skills. What now?
