Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports to: IS Division ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesProvide leadership, vision, and direction for the Infrastructure at PCP, ensuring alignment with both the IA PCP Business strategy and Information Security goals.Oversee activities that optimize value, manage costs, minimize risks, and ensure effective operations, all in alignment with ABB IS and ABB PA IS strategy and standards and business requirements.Implement ABB IS standards to create a high-performance infrastructure capability that supports the business, managing global, multi-country project implementations.Lead a multinational team of IS Managers, Specialists, and business contacts, providing global coordination and oversight of business unit Information Security and Infrastructure compliance.Establish and direct the information security strategy for the IA PCP organization, implementing and monitoring information security standards and policies.Manage stakeholders' expectations across multiple geographies, functions, and management levels, leading resources that are virtually spread across several cultures.Qualifications for the roleMaster's degree and over 10 years of IT experience, particularly in developing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Infrastructure services and global operations.Significant exposure to Information Security service implementation and monitoring.Well-versed in national and international regulatory compliance frameworks.Experience in planning, budgeting, and cost allocation.Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Infrastructure and Information Security services.Proven performance as an IT leader in a complex, global organization.Ability to lead geographically dispersed and diverse teams.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
