Ltd. in Tokyo.TasksEstablish a short- and long-term strategy for Germany/your territories adapting the Global strategy to our international consumer needs in accordance with the Licensing Director and COOExecute Sanrio’s global and local strategies turning them into concrete business opportunities for Germany/and assigned territories by, for example,identifying and quantifying the largest opportunities andprioritising key marketscontinuously benchmarking progress against planManage the portfolio across Sanrio and Hello Kitty & Friends’ franchises in the relevant region building sustainable growthGrow the Consumer Product business in line with Regional and Global strategies and guidelines while leveraging a strong knowledge of the local marketsManage the agents allocated to Germany/the assigned countries or region maintaining and creating long term alliancesProvide forecasts and support Finance in collating Royalty reportsWork closely with the Marketing team providing all information for Marketing & Retail projects and strategyAlso work closely with the Approval team in managing requests and providing necessary informationProfileFive to eight years of experience working in Licensing corporationsProven relationships network across categories and different businesses within the licensing industryTeam player with strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skillsExcellent command of the German and English language (written and spoken)Financials driven attitude and budget management skillsAble to work independently and result orientedGood working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applicationsWe offerWork for a successful, fun and world-renowned brand!Be part of an experienced and friendly teamWork in an energising and international business environmentSimple reporting linesHybrid working arrangements andFlexible working hoursCompany pension scheme (betriebliche Altersvorsorge)Discretionary bonus paymentsParticipate in team eventsWe value diversity at Sanrio.
