About the Company: Since the end of 2021, our client has been building a brand for outpatient and inpatient care in Germany. Their roots are in Finland - there, they have around 5,000 outpatient doctors and around 30,000 employees in the largest network for outpatient care in Northern Europe.Now they want to implement their recipe for the success of modern patient care in Germany with the help of comprehensive digitalization. They are currently represented with one location in Fulda and 10 locations in the West Palatinate region. Within their first year, they have grown to around 360 employees, including 60 doctors and around 20 physiotherapists.They manage organizational issues such as personnel, purchasing, and billing centrally. For their international customers and German private health insurance patients, they rely on modern, efficient, and holistic therapy approaches to offer their patients optimal treatment quality. For their modern therapy center, they are now looking for a new manager to strengthen their management team full-time. Your tasks include:Management of the physiotherapy teamDrawing up therapy plans and monitoring patient progressCarrying out physiotherapy treatmentsTraining and further education of the teamMonitoring and managing resources and equipmentCollaboration with other medical professionals and departmentsSupport in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.Your Expertise:Completed training or studies as a physiotherapist with further trainingExperience in leading a teamExperience in treating various clinical casesIdeally very good English language skills (90% of the patients are English-speaking)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and resultsStrong organizational and time management skillsCommitment to continuous professional development and trainingGood knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.They offer you a position full of development potential and personal growth, and a competent, committed, and friendly team to support you.
