Senior Marketing Lead - Remote, Germany - ASAP start!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational experience: Develop, implement, and analyze impactful marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Full P&L Responsibility: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for the marketing department.
  • Innovate in Online Marketing: Stay on top of new trends and develop targeted campaigns for the cloud and health sectors in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Boost Marketing Efficiency & Customer Experience: Lead strategic and operational initiatives focused on a seamless customer journey and impactful brand touchpoints.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Oversee social media, SEO, and SEA strategies, ensuring effective and optimized digital presence.
  • Website Oversight: Manage content and design for all digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.
  • Campaign Concept Development: Craft and execute advertising campaigns, from budgeting and targeting to platform selection and performance optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, ideally within a tech or health-tech scale-up environment.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO best practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare professionals as a target audience is a strong advantage.
  • Brand Development: A bold, creative thinker with the vision and drive to elevate brand positioning and influence.
  • Product Passion: Strong enthusiasm for driving the brand’s future, with a strategic vision for growth.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and creativity as core strengths.
