It also optimizes the Firm's liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors. The team in Frankfurt works closely with the New York, London, and Budapest offices.You will have regular and direct interactions with the Global Treasury team, Bank Resource Management, Risk, Operations, Global Corporate Controller, IT and other groups in the business as well as with regulators like BaFin, Bundesbank and ECB where required. It is essential that you have good project management skills and are prepared to pick up new topics quickly on the job. You will possess proficient quantitative ability and excellent interpersonal skills.What will you be doing?Analyse liquidity requirements driven by regulatory metrics including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio and the Net Stable Funding RatioAnalyse liquidity risk drivers in transactions/businesses across the Firm and recommend mitigating actions which will include quantitative and qualitative aspectsWork closely with the Liquidity reporting team based in GlasgowDraft and develop the annual Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) which is submitted to the ECBSupport local regulatory requests from the ECB and other regional regulators including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findingsPrepare and analyse data for various Firm governance committeesSupport/execute ad-hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in the decision-making processParticipate in the ongoing process improvements and optimization efforts of the Internal Liquidity Stress Test (ILST)Research, analyse and recommend solutions around data issues and perform necessary steps to resolve themBuild close links with other key stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations and TechnologyWhat we’re looking for:An understanding of Corporate TreasuryRelevant work experience in the financial industry (e.g. a Bank, Investment Firm/Broker-Dealer, Regulator or Consulting Firm)Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams across both local offices and globallyWell-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevitySkills that will help you in the role:Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExperience with data management preferredDiversity of thoughtAptitude for detail and a strong commitment to accuracyDegree qualification or equivalentInterested in flexible working opportunities?
