You leverage the loyalty program to create strong not only amazing experiences but also help achieve commercial resultsWHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead Member Upsell initiatives for Zalando Plus. You’ll report to the Director of Product for Loyalty, and will own the design for differentiated experiences across the different levels of the program, inspiring customers to keep climbing upwards to reach better rewards. Working with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams, you will identify engagement drivers for customers at each level, inspiring growth, and building a seamless journey that motivates our members. You are coming in at the very beginning of our Loyalty journey, so you’ll move quickly, and work on both short term measures to increase adoption and satisfaction, with a longer term view to a cohesive upselling and engagement strategy.
