- Support for an international customer group in internal sales
- Clarifying inquiries about products, product ranges and prices and processing complaints
- Ensuring the best possible customer service
- Monitoring and supporting orders with special processing
- Administrative support for the sales team
- Participation in trade fairs, customer visits and events as well as other business trips
- Customer monitoring as well as data preparation
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in sales is desirable, alternatively practical experience
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Business fluent in English is required, other foreign languages are desirable
- Strong communicator and sociable team player with intercultural competence
- Confident, confident presentation skills
