Senior Business Development Manager EU (gn)

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive account strategies for developing business relationships with large financial institutions
  • Developing and executing your own sales pipeline to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets
  • Develop new client relationships and promote our institutional brokerage and custody services to banks, brokers, and asset managers
  • Managing the entire sales process from acquisition to closure for continuous business flow
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings to market needs and compliance standards; also work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing complex deals to ensure profitable partnerships
  • Representing the company at industry events to build professional relationships

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous
  • Minimum of five years of proven track record in sales within the technology, financial services, or digital assets sectors (two plus years of experience in the digital asset space preferred)
  • Demonstrate ability to drive the sales process with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements related to digital assets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytic skills to track sales performance and market trends, using data to inform sales strategies
  • Strategic thinking with the agility to adapt sales strategies according to market dynamics and company goals
  • Established network within the financial services industry, with a knack for leveraging relationships to uncover new opportunities
