We’re looking for a visionary Team Lead in Marketing Data Analytics (m/f/d) to join our team and drive our data-centric culture forward.In particular, you willbuild and lead a team of two Digital Analysts who will work with you to deliver high-value data insights and foster a culture of innovation and excellencedevelop and implement scalable, cutting-edge analytics systems to enable data-driven decisions and support digital initiativesanalyze data to support personalization strategies and prepare and communicate insights in an understandable form for the businessdevelop a data strategy to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvementanalyze growth drivers for digital products and use them to influence product decisionsadvise on A/B testing, analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement with a focus on personalizationWhat you should bring alongDegree in economics, computer science or mathematics or comparable qualificationAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a data-intensive analysis activity, e.g. in the areas of digital analytics, product analytics or business intelligence, preferably in e-commerceGood SQL skills and confidence in dealing with nested/repeated data. Experience with BigQuery / Power BI. Good knowledge of A/B testing best practices, working with tools such as VWO, Optimizely, A/B Tasty Experience working with onsite user behavior data, from defining tracking specifications, with a strong focus on apps that capture relevant user actions, to generating insights from the data (e.g. with GA Suite, Python)Experience with data visualization tools is a plus Strong communication skills in German and English and the ability to explain processes, decisions and insights to stakeholders at all levels and with a technical backgroundIf you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
